Vance Concrete is a proud American-owned and operated concrete construction company based in Montana, primarily serving Southwest Montana. We are also willing to travel for the right projects. We are a small business with big capabilities — delivering quality concrete work that stands the test of time across residential properties, commercial facilities, and heavy construction projects alike.
The owner's background in concrete began working for other companies in the heavy and structural side of the industry, including bridge construction and structural concrete work. That foundation in large-scale, specification-driven projects built a deep understanding of what it takes to do concrete work the right way — proper preparation, accurate layout, correct reinforcement, and attention to every detail that determines whether a finished product holds up for decades or falls apart in a few years. That experience carries into every project Vance Concrete takes on today, no matter the size.

We are not a company that cuts corners or rushes through a job. Whether it is a homeowner's new patio or a large-scale commercial concrete pour, every project we take on receives the same level of care, precision, and craftsmanship. Quality concrete work starts long before the truck ever shows up — it starts with proper planning, thorough site preparation, and a crew that understands the science and the craft behind every pour.
We provide concrete construction services tailored to fit your project's needs. Whether you need a full scope of work — from demolition and removal through excavation, grading, subbase preparation, forming, reinforcement, pouring, finishing, and final cleanup — or whether you simply need an experienced concrete crew to handle the concrete portion of a larger project, we are set up to do both. As we do run a project on our own from start to finish, we also work just as well alongside general contractors, excavation companies, and other trades. Either way, you are getting a team that takes full responsibility for the quality of every yard of concrete we place.
OUR APPROACH
Our owner is an experienced equipment operator with years of seat time running excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other machinery essential to site preparation and demolition work. We do not rely on outside operators or subcontractors for our excavation and demo work — we handle it in-house, which gives us complete control over the quality and efficiency of every phase of the project. When your existing driveway needs to be broken out and hauled away, or a commercial floor needs to be demolished down to subgrade, we have the operator and the iron to get it done right.
